YES Bank share price: Yes Bank Limited is an Indian private sector bank. The share price of Yes Bank on Monday increases to 5.16% of Rs 40.70 crore compared to the last year of Rs 38.70 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The private sector lender said, “The shareholders requested to increase the nod capital up to Rs 10,000 crore via distributing of equity shares or other security bonds”.
The midcap stock opened with 3.61% at 40.10 INR. However, the stocks were trading low at Rs 38.60. The stocks of Yes bank showed its growth over 13.45% in the last four consecutive sessions. Meanwhile, Last year, the stocks of Yes bank reported almost a loss of 77.69% and decreased to 17% since the beginning of this year.
During the last month itself, it reported a loss of 13% but within a week it reported a gain of 8.33%. The capital investment on the Bombay Stock Exchange stands at Rs 9,870 crore. Almost 31.69 lakh shares of Yes Bank sold which amounts nearly Rs12.50 crore on BSE.
The bank conducted a meeting on February 7, in that it approved to increase the capital share to Rs 1,100 crore compared to the present capital share of Rs 800 crore. These resolutions passed by the EGM with the requisite majority: To increase the capital share from 800 crores to 1,100 crore and sequential alteration of capital on Memorandum of Association. To authorize an increase of capital through the distribution of equity shares or other security bonds.
The bank decided to increase the capital shares to Rs 1,100 crore. The amount of Rs 900 crores in equity share of Rs 2 each and the remaining 200 crores in preference shares.
