Whirlpool of India Q3 Results: Whirlpool of India Limited is the largest manufacturer of home appliances. The company manufactures appliances like Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air conditioners, etc. The company reported a growth of 22.91% for net profit to Rs 76.49 Crore for the fiscal year ended in December 2019.
However, the company reported a net profit of Rs 62.23 crore in the same fiscal last year, said by Whirlpool. Now, the total income of the company is around Rs 1310.69 crore with a 5.83% increase during this fiscal year. Whereas, last year they reported Rs 1,238.41 crore.
The chairman of the company Mr. Arvind Uppal said about the Q3 results, that our company performed really strong in the market and obtain a growth of 22.91%.
However, the companies revenue growth impacts this period due to the festival season of Diwali and fewer customer demands. The company expects to increase the demand growth of the customer for this period, he said.
The total expenses and subsidiaries of the Whirlpool company were at Rs 1,214.01 crore as compared to Rs 1,144.49 crore of this period with a 6.07% increase. However, the shares of the company reported on Friday at Rs 2,525.45 on Bombay Shock Exchange (BSE) with a 1.37% increase from the last year.
