Large number Of Companies Plans IPOs In Fiscal 2020
On Sunday at 6:15 PM, BSE and NSE had conducted a special trading session. At this time, Sensex raised 192 points and closed at 39,250 points. The stock analysts expect that Sensex will reach 46,000 level by the end of Samvat 2076. They also expect that this year will be much diligent for the primary market than the leaving year.
As of the report, more than 10 companies have already received SEBI approval for listing of its IPOs such as Bajaj Energy, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Shriram Properties, Powerica, Narmada Bio-Chem, IREDA, CSB Bank, and Emami Cement. Moreover, two more companies have filed draft papers with SEBI, which are SAMHI Hotels and Mukesh Trends Lifestyle.
According to the source, Monte Carlo had received approval from Sebi in the last fiscal, but it did not launch its IPO. On 30th September 2019, Monte Carlo has filed fresh papers with the market regulator. Certified experts said that a few more companies have shown interest to re-file papers for IPOs. It will base on the improved sentiment in the secondary market.
In Samvat year 2075, 13 companies raised over Rs 10,717 crore from the primary market. But, only 10 companies delivered positive returns ranged between 20-180 percent to the investors. As of the reports, investors are waiting for Ujjivan SFB, CSB Bank, Nazara Technologies, EESL, ASK Investment Managers IPOs.

HDFC Securities said that Bajaj Energy, EESL, HDB Financials, CSB Bank, and Mazagon Dock IPOs could created a lot of buzz in the market. As of result, all categories of investors are eagerly waiting for the launch of those issues.
In the last Samvat year, almost all the IPOs offered positive returns to the investors except for Sterling and Wilson Solar. It offered negative returns because the IPO had listed 24.60 percent down to the issue price. Indiamart InterMesh, Affle India, IRCTC IPOs listed over the issues.
However, more than 15 companies planning to launch their IPOs in Samvat 2076.
