Sub: Intimation of completion of dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice and Postal Ballot Form
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith a Notice of Postal Ballot and Postal Ballot Form and confirm that the Company has completed dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice, accompanied with Postal Ballot Form and self-addressed pre-paid Business Reply Envelope, on Friday, 9 August 2019 to all the members registered as on the cut-off date of 2 August 2019, through permitted mode of dispatch, seeking their approval on Special Resolution referred to therein, by way of postal ballot, including e-voting.
The voting period started on Saturday, 10 August 2019 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Monday, 9 September 2019 at 5.00 p.m., subsequent to which the voting module shall be disabled.
