ITI NFO looking to invest in equity and equity-related instruments and fixed income securities for providing capital appreciation to the investors who seek regular income over the long term.
Minimum Investment per Application
The minimum application amount is set at Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter. For an additional purchase, investors invest a minimum of Rs 1000 and in multiples of Rs 1 following.
The entry load is not applicable. Exit load will applicable as 1 percent. If investors redeemed or switched out their units on or before one year from the date of allotment.
Investment Pattern
The scheme will invest a maximum of 100% and a minimum of 65% assets in equity and equity-related instruments including derivatives at high risk. It also aims to invest a maximum of 35 percent of assets in Money market instruments and debt instruments which have mature in 3 years with low to medium risk. Moreover, the scheme may park investments in Units issued by REITs and InvITs up to 10% at medium to high risk.
