ITI mutual fund aims to offer high-quality investment solutions to investors. It plans to launch a new fund offer. The name of NFO is ITI Balanced Advantage Fund. ITI MF’s new fund offer will open for subscription on December 9, 2019, and closes on 23rd December. The scheme will reopen on January 6th for continuous purchase.
The scheme is suitable for investors who are seeking capital appreciation while generating income over the long term and medium term. ITI MF Balanced Advantage Fund is an open-ended dynamic asset allocation fund.

ITI NFO looking to invest in equity and equity-related instruments and fixed income securities for providing capital appreciation to the investors who seek regular income over the long term.
Minimum Investment per Application
The minimum application amount is set at Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter. For an additional purchase, investors invest a minimum of Rs 1000 and in multiples of Rs 1 following.
The entry load is not applicable. Exit load will applicable as 1 percent. If investors redeemed or switched out their units on or before one year from the date of allotment.
The scheme will invest a maximum of 100% and a minimum of 65% assets in equity and equity-related instruments including derivatives at high risk. It also aims to invest a maximum of 35 percent of assets in Money market instruments and debt instruments which have mature in 3 years with low to medium risk. Moreover, the scheme may park investments in Units issued by REITs and InvITs up to 10% at medium to high risk.
