It was incorporated in 2012. Moreover, the firm entered into a joint venture with Solarig N-Gage SA from Spain in March 2015. Solarig N-Gage SA operates and constructs photovoltaic solar plants. It has a global O & M experience. Because the firm has various solar developments in Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, France, Korea, and the US.
The firm has expanded its services in the international market by providing consulting services in other countries.

Gensun Renewables Private Limited is a subsidiary of Gensol. GRPL offers renewable energy services.
