History of Adani Green Energy Ltd
Incorporated in 2015. The company signed a contract with Inox Wind Ltd for establishing wind power project of 20 MW capacity at Lahori, Madhya Pradesh. In addition, the company bagged 50 MW Solar Power bid in Jharkhand from JREDA.
The firm’s subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Park Ltd entered into a joint venture agreement with Government of Rajasthan. And established a joint venture company with an equity ratio of 50:50.
In the year 2017, Adani Properties Pvt Ltd transferred 9,36,31,650 equity shares of Rs 10 per each own by it in Adani Green Energy to Universal Trade and Investments Ltd. The company acquired 49% equity shares of Kodangal Solar Parks Pvt Ltd (KSPPL).
